Day 3 Istanbul to Ankara ▾

Breakfast, afternoon drive to Ankara; dinner and overnight.

Day 4 Ankara to Cappadocia ▾

Museums, then drive to Cappadocia with an underground city stop. Dinner, overnight.; Anatolian Civilizations Museum; Ataturk's Mausoleum; Underground City

Day 5 Cappadocia ▾

Breakfast, sightseeing; optional workshops. Dinner, overnight.; Goreme Open Air Museum (UNESCO); Uchisar and fairy chimneys; Derbent Valley; Carpet and onyx workshops (optional)

Day 6 Cappadocia to Pamukkale ▾

Caravanserai stop, then Pamukkale. Dinner, overnight.; Sultanhan Caravanserai; Pamukkale (Cotton Steps, UNESCO)

Day 7 Pamukkale to Ephesus to Izmir ▾

Ephesus, Virgin Mary House, leather store. Dinner, overnight.; Ephesus: Odeon, Temple of Hadrian, Library of Celsus, Agora; House of the Virgin Mary

Day 8 Izmir to Bursa to Istanbul ▾

Bursa Ottoman sites, then Istanbul. Dinner, overnight.; Green Mosque (Yesil Camii); Silk Market; Green Mausoleum

Day 9 Departure from Istanbul ▾

Breakfast (schedule permitting), airport transfer.
